We monitor the arrival of flights regularly, based on the official site of Heathrow Airport and dispatch our drivers accordingly. If flight arrives earlier to the expected time or is delayed, we send our drivers to the meeting point only at the new scheduled time. We offer a free waiting time of 30 minutes from the requested time. After 30 minutes, we charge £10.5 for every 30 minutes waiting time. If the flight is cancelled, we do not dispatch our drivers.

In terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, the meeting point is the information desk and Costa Coffee is the meeting point for terminal 5. Terminal 2 is currently closed and is under reconstruction since 2009. It is expected to open for passengers in 2014.

If you want to take any diversion or stop on the way, you can advise us when you book for a taxi. We give you the additional price along with the transfer charges. Moving into the city in private taxis is convenient as customers can enjoy additional features and request some features as well.
